We do ask you to fill out a pre-screening form prior to taking our classes, which may contain sensitive information related to your health and lifestyle. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

Why we need your personal information

We need to know your basic personal information in order to communicate with you. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need to provide and oversee this service. All information collected on our pre-screening form is analysed by your instructor in order to provide you with the best and possible programme in the safest manner. The personal information in this form will be used for marketing purposes, should you opt in. Your emergency contact will be phoned in case you are injured or become ill. What we do with your personal information

All the personal information we process is processed by your instructor. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. Our website is hosted on the WordPress platform. WordPress provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through WordPress’ data storage, databases and the general WordPress applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

How long we keep your personal information

If you subscribe to our mailing list or register for any of our programmes we will retain your basic personal information for communication purposes. This information will be retained by us until such time you notify us that you no longer wish to receive further communication. Information provided by you in our pre-screening form will be held for a maximum of 2 years after your last class. It’s necessary to store this information for 2 years for insurance purposes.

If you have registered on this site, or registered for one of our programmes you can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
