Hi, I’m Krissy, a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Kids Yoga guru, and I’m on a mission to support the health and wellbeing of Cork kids, mammies and mammies-to-be through my fitness classes
After having children, it took me a long time to regain the body confidence I once had. I wished I had done more activity while I was pregnant to prepare me for a birth and a newborn. After the birth of my daughter, I did feel a little isolated at home, so I signed up to a few mummy and baby classes. These classes soon became the highlight of my week, and I felt more and more confident as my strength and body returned, and they gave me a platform to meet, share and learn from other mums.
